Abila Syl & Associates is a law firm set up by Prof Sylvanus Elijah Abila, in the year 1999 and registered with the corporate affairs commission in same year.

Prof Sylvanus Abila the Managing Attorney of this long standing law firm developed a robust law practice in thriving areas of law, with practice in Bayelsa state from the early years of its creation until the later expansion to Ikoyi, Lagos state.

The law firm has produced several judges, magistrates and renowned legal practitioners within and outside Nigeria who either interned in the law firm or had their early tutelage from the law firm.
